Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. For questions regarding the status of your order, you may log into your online EMK account to access your tracking number or email email@example.com. Please include your full name and order number with all inquiries.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
When you order online at emkbh.com, your order can be cancelled or modified if it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Email our EMK Team at email@example.com. A member of our service team will assist and advise you on our product range, placing an order, and send you an invoice by email on which you can pay by clicking on a link directing you to our secure payment server.
We hope you love the EMK product you ordered! If you are not satisfied, you may return a product. We will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase (minus shipping cost) amount for any item that you return, if received within 30 days of the purchase date. Between 30-60 days from the purchase date, you will receive your refund in the form of a store credit. We are unable to extend any refund, store credit or discount terms after 60 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping fees, as it’s a cost we are not able to have refunded from the shipping carrier. EMK does not cover the cost of shipping to return any products, or provide pre-paid labels.
To return, please email our EMK Team firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, order number and reason for return. We will work with you to provide the next steps.
Merchandise credit on purchases from EMK are granted for the price of the product(s) returned and sales tax (if applicable). Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing. You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been processed with notification of merchandise credit allowed.
