WHOLESALE ORDERS

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. For questions regarding the status of your order, you may log into your online EMK account to access your tracking number or email hello@emkbh.com. Please include your full name and order number with all inquiries.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
When you order online at emkbh.com, your order can be cancelled or modified if it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact our customer service at hello@emkbh.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
EMAIL ORDERS
Email our EMK Team at hello@emkbh.com. A member of our service team will assist and advise you on our product range, placing an order, and send you an invoice by email on which you can pay by clicking on a link directing you to our secure payment server.
RETURNS
We hope you love the EMK product you ordered! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange a product within 30 days. We will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase (minus shipping and handling costs) amount for any item that you return, if received within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days from the purchase date, you may only return unopened products for store credit (minus shipping and handling fees). We are unable to extend any refund, store credit or discount terms after 30 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping fees, as it’s a cost we are not able to have refunded from the shipping carrier. EMK does not cover the cost of shipping to return any products.
